Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3. Review.

The Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 delivers again. The movie had a lot of hype as one of the only remaining hit franchises for the MARVEL universe.

The movie perfected the art of storytelling with an apt distribution of action, a healthy dose of comedy, and of course stellar storytelling that keeps you hooked until the end. It feels like Iron Man 1, which had a healthy storyline throughout the movie, and it worked wonders for the MARVEL franchise.

The story revolves around Rocket and his origins. And yes, he is a Raccoon despite his constant denials about the same. The constant flashbacks tie into the theme of the story excellently. I won’t leave many spoilers in this review but I can’t not tell you about some crucial moments of the movie.

There’s a villain, because ofcourse. And he wants to create the perfect society. He has ties to the Guardians’ history in one way or the other. Creating the perfect society gave him some unexpected success and he ends up pursuing that success, right till the end.

The girl next to my seat dropped her phone during one of the action sequences. I guess she was scared, but it wasn’t really that scary.

The Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 4 might look very different from the first three editions. The movie’s ending is very open-ended allowing for anything to take place in the universe in the future.

Whether Starlord, Gamora, Groot, Rocket and Drax stay together or not is the biggest question in the minds of MARVEL fans right now. This movie highlighted alternate nature of several of the GOTG members, bringing out completely alternate characteristics in their attitude and approach to their environment.

The movie has comic scenes that will make you laugh, A LOT. But the main storyline continues and keeps you hooked. Meanwhile, the past two volumes of the GOTG have been splendid when it comes to action sequences with Rocket being one of the highlights in these movies. If you are a MARVEL fan, I would highly recommend watching this movie at least once.
